Oslo, 22 August 2024: Further to the announcement dated 22 August 2024 regarding the exercise of 3,500 options by board member Tone Kristin Omsted, BlueNord ASA ("BlueNord" or the "Company") announces that the Company’s board of directors has consequently resolved to issue 3,500 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 160 per share, pursuant to the authorisation to the board to issue new shares as granted by the Company's annual general meeting on 14 May 2024.
Following the issue of the new shares, the Company's share capital will be NOK 14,304,747.58188 consisting of 26,498,640 shares each with a par value of NOK 0.5398295.
Following the exercise of options, 0 options remain outstanding in the Company.
