Oslo, 22 August 2024: Tone Kristin Omsted, a member of the board of directors of BlueNord ASA ("BlueNord" or the "Company"), has on 22 August 2024 sold 3,000 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 500.17 per share. Following the transaction, Tone Kristin Omsted holds a total of 2,000 shares in the Company, excluding the delivery of new shares following the exercise of 3,500 options as announced on 22 August 2024.
